The most prestigious fashion houses often make a minimal number of products, if any, available to purchase online. High-end fashion lovers still have to visit the stores for the full collections and the classics. That also means the queues, the sold-outs, the waiting list, the restricted purchase, and a never-ending list of hassles.

Keine offers a solution to this problem, but there is more to it.

After five years of working as a London-based procurement partner for luxury boutiques in Asia, I noticed an ever-growing disconnection between the value that the client receives and the fees that a concierge can charge for their service. There is also a noticeable discrepancy in the quality of service and pricing in certain parts of the world.

Luxury seems to be the perfect excuse for poor communication, client bias and a surprise bill of various hidden fees.

That must change.
